Dolan FXE Aluminium Fixie Bike - Alpina

I have a thing for commuting on a fixed gear. Being in the U.S., brands are limited to and the utility of said bikes even more so - at this point in my life, I just wanted that fixie feel with options for fenders and, if I'm lucky, a ride that doesn't look ugly. Is this it? My goodness, is it ever. The bike was packed wonderfully, shipped overseas, and arrived to my door in as close to "plug and play" fashion as possible - Dolan even cut my chain for me. I was initially confused about my fenders - they looked a bit different than the picture, but it turns out that Dolan upgraded them free of charge simply because the others were out of stock. The fit and finish of this bike is in excess of any other brand I have come across, and I can't help but think that the mechs and customer service folk are pretty rad too. The best compliment something like this can get is that it's worth twice the wait and more than I paid for it. Keep it up Dolan, you have a new fanboi, and if you're thinking about snagging this, absolutely don't hesitate (after you know what parts will fit you, of course).

Delighted with this bike! Great options, simple ordering process, Good price, delivered on time, well packaged. Have yet to use as FW but already clocked up over 500 miles as a SS. Would highly recommend.
