Form of ID
You will need to provide 2 forms of photo ID and proof of address (e.g utility bill from last three months)
Deposit
You will need to Pay a non-refundable deposit of 50p, This can only be paid by card
we also ask for you to leave a payment card and ID for the duration of their ride
Safety
The customer will be asked to sign a Liability waiver in store. (to safeguard you and / or your property against the risk of loss, damage or theft)
Helmets can be provided, but we advise customers to bring their own
Customers Don't need to bring cycling shoes as flat pedals will be fitted to all test bikes
We advise customers to take their mobile phone with them in case of emergency
