Dolan Tuono Carbon Disc Road Bike - Shimano 105 R7020

This is my 2nd bike, and first carbon one at that. I will admit to being a little anxious after ordering it, but that was soon lost when it arrived. Absolutely spot on! Ordered the 105 (R7020) and this was shipped with the standard Aksium wheelset. Very pleased with this. The fit was good. It's comfortable. Goes like a rocket too. Gears were well set up. I think it's well worth visiting the showroom. Staff are helpful, and you get to see all the other bikes, and some custom colours. Paint finish was perfect. Bike was shipped extremely well packed. Video of the setup are on Youtube so you can see what to expect. Happy customer for sure. If I need another bike in the future - Dolan will be top of the list!

Only ridden the Tuono for about 150km so far but I love it. Feels so much quicker than my aluminium bike (& Strava agrees). Looks great too.

I have ridden, but never owned, a full carbon bike before and this has not disappointed. Although based in Bristol I popped into the Dolan store while visiting family up north and was really pleased with the advice given re sizing and fit. The bike was delivered bang on time and was simple to set up. My only gripe was that when I went out on my first ride I discovered that the gears hadn't been indexed, which was annoying, but a few minutes on the bike stand and it was sorted. I have been on a few rides over the summer and the bike just eats up the miles, and the carbon frame and components really reduce the vibrations from the road. The ride is really comfortable and the bike looks absolutely stunning in the dark blue.

This is my fourth Dolan bike and the first time I have bought a bike with disc brakes. I had a wait for the bike due to the ongoing supply issues with Covid but was certainly not disappointed when I was able to pick the bike up. The finish on the bike is superb and looks stunning in the stock blue colour. The team at Dolan are very friendly and professional. The bike is a little heavier than the previous rim brake version mainly due to the disc brakes. However that didn’t seem to affect its climbing ability as I did a Pb on a local climb second time out. I am very happy with my purchase and Dolan bikes are always very good value for money.

Got it for about 3 weeks now. Well, it was well worth to wait for it! Great looking, the paint is awesome! Smooth riding, very comfortable, tackles hills very easily! Frame quality is very good - no more plasticky squicks :) If you like what you see here, don't hesitate and treat yourself, because when it arrives it will be only better, as the pictures really doesn't do it's justice! Communication and customer service from Dolan always friendly and professional - keep it up! :) Highly recommended!

This is my 2nd Dolan. I had a L'etape for 5years which was a good all rounder. But my new Tuono disc is in a different league. Looks fabulous, handles well and is great value for money. The guys at Dolan are excellent providing regualar updates and also provide great reasonably priced after sales, repairs and servicing.The standard Porshe Blue looks very classy.Made up, thanks you guys at Dolan.

I bought the Tuono following a visit to Dolan to discuss my needs and seek advice. This was to be my first all carbon bike and the friendly and pragmatic advice given was excellent. The bike was built to schedule despite the Covid lockdown and I collected it from Dolan. Again the support was informal, friendly and professional. I have to say that this bike is beyond what my expectations were. it rides beautifully, fits like a glove and is stable, well balanced and by far the most comfortable bike I've ridden. The Tuono is a great value for money bike and I recommend Dolan to anyone wanting a quality bike.
