I've ordered a bike, how long will it take to arrive?

We are currently in a busy period, so an estimated delivery time for your bike will be 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Please also allow an additional 3 weeks for any paint jobs that may have to be done to your order. Once your bike is dispatched you should receive an email detailing this, along with a tracking number so that you can track your order up to your doorstep.

I had seen an item on your site but now it's gone, where is it?

Occasionally we run out of stock on items, or these items are no longer available due to discontinuation. If these items aren't appearing on our website, you will not be able to order them from us at this time.

My order still says processing on my account, but it's arrived. What's happening?

Don't worry, the order won't be a duplicate – Our system updates are run at various times throughout the day so it may take a little time for your online account status to change.

My refund has not shown up in my bank account.

If we've let you know that we've refunded you, don't worry, it is on it's way. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days to transfer, depending on bank. If you've ordered by PayPal, you will receive your refund back into your PayPal account, so please check your account for this.

Can I amend my order once it's been placed?

Unfortunately you won't be able to change your order online once it's been placed, so please make sure you check your order and address details before you press buy! If you have noticed a mistake in your order, please Contact Us.

Why has PayPal charged me more than what you stated?

If you purchase through PayPal they'll apply their own exchange rates and you may see a slight difference in the amount you pay. PayPal exchange rates are fully explained in their terms and conditions.

Which credit cards can I use?

We accept most major credit and debit cards for online orders, including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Maestro. We also offer PayPal, for a quick, simple and secure way of ordering your products with us.

Is it safe to buy online?

We're 100% committed to protecting your security and privacy, and have made every effort to ensure that our transaction process is safe and that your personal information is secure.

We do not hold sensitive payment details about you. When you input you card details during shopping, the card processor retains all the information about your card and only issues CRC with a unique token identifier. This token then allows us to process the cost of your order against your card. It also allows us to issue refunds or process, for example, backorder charges. We do not have access to your complete card details.
